In order
to produce flawless deliverables across all our
media we adopt a tried and tested method of
Project Management that we have revised over
time. Broken into phases, this system ensures
that each project progresses smoothly from
Definition through to Implementation and
ultimately, we hope, well beyond?
- Listen. Determine client
needs, baseline knowledge and key audience
profiles.
- Identify content
resources and key client contacts.
- Build proposal document
including project plan, objectives,
schedules, technology & platform issues,
media & budgets.
- Discuss, refine and fully
acknowledge any issues arising from
proposal.
- Produce flowcharts,
workflow storyboards as necessary.
- Create click-through
prototypes for client review.
- Derive and deliver
critical path document.
- Determine solid style
sheets from current client branding.
- Confirm navigation and
key framework requirements.
- Finalise all design work
based upon client feedback/discussion.
- Hard Coding - (media
dependant) i.e. HTML, CSS, XML, Flash etc.
- Optimisation of all
assets, graphics, imagery, illustrations,
animation A/V & full SEO compliance.
- Testing and evaluation.
Internal and external testing of beta
version.
- Revisions and
platform/browser evaluation optimisation.
- Launch.
Publication/pressing signed-off project.
Training (optional) ? handover of all base
source materials.
- Application updates,
elemental designs. (As specified).
- Troubleshoot, track and
bug-fix (when necessary).
- Debrief & maintain
ongoing relationship.
